4MWh Behind-the-Meter BESS Project

A standout example of our environmental impact is our latest BESS project, which recently completed a successful Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).

This 4MWh Behind-the-Meter system, housed within a 20ft skid container, is paired with a 1.9MWp solar PV installation to deliver sustainable, self-sufficient energy performance. The project demonstrates how large-scale storage solutions can work seamlessly with existing renewable technologies to provide stable, clean power while cutting carbon emissions and operational costs.

HVO, High Efficiency & Lifecycle Maintenance

As diesel fuel for generators is phased out, hydro-treated vegetable oil (HVO) is being adopted as a sustainable substitute for our customers, offering up to 90% less CO₂ emissions while also reducing nitrogen oxide (NOx), particulate matter (PM), and carbon monoxide (CO). Produced from vegetable oils and animal fats through a hydrotreatment process, HVO is a renewable, high-quality fuel suitable for vehicles, machinery, and power generators.

Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems are also becoming increasingly efficient in both functionality and space-saving design. Our regenerative load management (GLM) UPS technology enhances efficiency by returning excess energy back to the system, reducing energy waste by up to 52%, delivering cost savings and environmental benefits.

Strategic service and maintenance of BESS, generators, and UPS systems ensure they remain environmentally and operationally optimal. Without regular inspections and condition-based monitoring, efficiency can decline, increasing emissions, and shortening equipment lifespan. Proactive maintenance ensures systems run optimally, preserving their sustainability benefits and maximising long-term return on investment.
