No matter who’s manufactured your critical power supply equipment we can support your servicing requirements. As well as servicing Dale-manufactured UPS, we can also support equipment from other third party vendors.
When we undertake a planned maintenance visit for you, we’ll do the following:
Visual test: thorough inspection of the installed UPS system / battery set
Physical tests: review of all electrical connections to ensure operational integrity
Electromechanical tests: functional checks of the units operation including recording electrical measurements and a review of the UPS history logs
Environmental tests: check the surroundings for possible problems like humidity / dust.
Full report of any faults found during the visit and recommendations for improvement
