NOF Net Zero Supply Chain Exhibition & Conference: Cutting Carbon Emissions, Increasing Efficiency, & HVO
News
Dale Power Solutions is proud to be exhibiting at the NOF Net Zero Supply Chain Exhibition & Conference on 2 October at Wynyard Hall, Billingham, showcasing our commitment to driving the energy transition and supporting businesses on their journey to net zero.
As an active member of NOF, a network connecting suppliers and operators across the offshore energy market, we are ideally positioned to support offshore operations. Our capabilities span Erskine industrial uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and comprehensive service and maintenance. This expertise has been further strengthened through our acquisition of offshore service specialist Calibre Power Electronics, and by our recent presence at SPE Offshore Europe in Aberdeen.
Our portfolio of solutions helps customers cut carbon, optimise energy efficiency, and build more resilient power strategies. At the event, we’ll be highlighting three key innovations that are already making a measurable difference:
Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) – Cutting CO₂ by up to 90%
Our BESS solution allows businesses to optimise energy use by storing electricity during periods of lower carbon intensity and using it when grid energy is at its highest impact, also known as peak shaving. This approach reduces CO₂ emissions by up to 90%, and when combined with on-site renewables such as solar, the savings only increase further.
Regenerative Load Management UPS – Reducing Energy Waste by up to 52%
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems are essential for protecting critical infrastructure, but traditional UPS systems can be less efficient. Our regenerative load management (GLM) UPS technology improves efficiency by returning excess energy back to the system. This reduces energy waste by up to 52%, delivering both cost savings and environmental benefits.
HVO Fuel – A Greener Alternative for Generators
We’re also helping customers decarbonise with HVO-powered generators. Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) fuel can reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 90% while also cutting nitrogen oxide (NOx), particulate matter (PM), and carbon monoxide (CO) emissions.
Meeting EN15940 standards and the Fuel Quality Directive 2009/30/EC Annex II, HVO is a drop-in replacement for diesel once tanks and systems have been fully cleaned. Produced from vegetable oils and animal fats through a hydrotreatment process, HVO is a sustainable, high-quality fuel suitable for vehicles, machinery, and power generators.
We look forward to connecting with industry leaders, partners, and customers at the event. If you’re attending, visit our stand to explore how Dale Power Solutions can help your organisation cut carbon, strengthen resilience, and accelerate your journey to net zero.
