Dale Power Solutions Hosts Annual Service Engineers’ Conferences After Another Successful Year

Every January, Dale Power Solutions hosts its annual Engineers’ Conferences, bringing our service teams together to reflect on the year just passed and align on best practices for the year ahead.
For many of our engineers who are based across the UK and often work independently or in small teams, the conferences are a valuable opportunity to reconnect, share experiences, and strengthen collaboration across our service divisions. With over 85 service engineers located across the UK, our teams collectively maintain and support more than 10,000 critical power assets, helping customers operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.
This year, our generator and industrial uninterruptible power supply (UPS) teams gathered at our Scarborough site, braving some cold weather conditions. Our commercial UPS team met at our new St Albans facility.

2025 marked another successful year for our Service and Maintenance division, with several major contracts won or renewed. This included a key contract renewal with NHS Property Services, securing our oversight of more than 100 sites and 120+ critical power assets across the UK.
These achievements reflect the expertise, commitment, and professionalism of our service engineering teams.
