On Friday 27th June 2025, Dale Power Solutions proudly celebrated a landmark moment in our history of 90 years in business, with a special edition of our annual Summer Ball. Held at the iconic Scarborough Spa, the event brought together colleagues from across the company to honour our past, celebrate the present, and look ahead to an exciting future.
The evening kicked off with a warm welcome and a speech from our CEO, Gavin Hepburn, reflecting on Dale’s journey since 1935. From humble beginnings to becoming a trusted provider of power solutions across the UK and globally, the night served as a reminder of the people, partnerships, and values that have carried us through nine decades.
A key highlight of the evening was our staff-nominated awards ceremony, which recognised the outstanding contributions of individuals across various teams. It was an opportunity to celebrate excellence, collaboration, and the everyday commitment that drives Dale forward.
With great food, music, and plenty of laughter, the atmosphere was one of appreciation and camaraderie. The stunning setting of the Scarborough Spa, with its historic architecture and coastal views, made for the perfect backdrop to this milestone celebration.
