We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused UPS Service Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of critical power service operations across North East Scotland.

Reporting to: Operations Manager
Division: Service
As a UPS Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth planning, coordination, and successful close-out of works carried out by our field-based UPS Service Engineers.
This position is central to maintaining high service standards, supporting equipment logistics, documentation control, scheduling, and billing processes to ensure customers receive a reliable and timely service.
Full training will be provided to help you develop in the role.
