This role is based at our St Albans office, working as part of our Service division to support the coordination and delivery of generator service contracts.
You will need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence communicating with customers and internal teams. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating service activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring efficient job delivery through to invoicing.

Coordinating service contracts, including scheduling maintenance, call-outs, and remedial works
Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, managing communication and queries
Organising engineer access, parts, and equipment to support job delivery
Managing jobs through to completion and invoicing efficiently
Liaising with internal departments to meet customer requirements
Supporting contract performance and efficiencies alongside the Operations Manager
Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination roles
Strong organisation and multitasking skills
Clear communication and customer service skills
A proactive, detail-focused approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Confidence using IT systems and administrative tools
