While this role is based at our Head Office in Scarborough, hybrid working may be available. This is a part-time position, offering flexibility alongside the opportunity to contribute to a growing business.
You will need a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and confidence engaging with customers. Working within our Sales division, you will support the growth of our service customer base through lead generation, customer engagement, and sales support activities.

Generating new opportunities across existing and prospective customers
Researching and initiating customer outreach, identifying needs and presenting solutions
Supporting account management, working with Sales Managers and Service teams
Following up quotations and enquiries to drive conversions
Managing inbound enquiries, ensuring they are directed appropriately
Supporting sales campaigns and marketing activities
Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting
Experience or interest in sales or customer engagement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach with ability to manage workload
Good organisation and time management skills
Confidence using IT systems and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
