This role is based at our Head Office in Scarborough, working as part of our Engineering team to support the development and evolution of our product range.
You will need a strong engineering background, with experience in product design, development, and testing. Working within our Engineering division, you will play a key role in improving existing products and developing new solutions from concept through to production.

Analysing existing products to identify improvements and update documentation
Developing new product concepts using CAD and design tools
Carrying out product testing and troubleshooting throughout the design process
Producing design specifications and supporting manufacturing and test teams
Working with suppliers and materials to support product development
Supporting production readiness, ensuring designs are ready for manufacture
Creating documentation and training for new products
A relevant engineering qualification (HND, degree, or equivalent experience)
Experience in product development and design
Knowledge of CAD and prototyping tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Good communication skills to support cross-functional working
Interest or experience in electronics or power systems (desirable)
