While this is a home-based role, you will be required to travel to customer sites across the UK. Occasional overnight stays may be necessary, along with visits to our offices in Scarborough or St Albans.
You will need a strong engineering background, with experience in servicing and maintaining critical power systems and associated equipment. Working within our Service division, you will support both planned maintenance and project work, helping to deliver reliable power solutions to our customers.

Carrying out service and maintenance on generators and associated electrical equipment
Performing fault finding and repairs across electrical and mechanical systems
Supporting installation and commissioning of new and replacement equipment
Delivering planned and reactive maintenance to ensure system reliability
Providing a professional service to customers and maintaining strong relationships
Completing documentation and reporting, including site reports and time records
Participating in call-out rota and site work, including occasional out-of-hours support
Experience in generator systems and power equipment
A relevant technical qualification or engineering background
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisation and time management abilities
A proactive, team-focused attitude with strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
