Dale Power Solutions, one of the leading providers of secure power solutions, has opened a new service facility in St Albans, UK.
The facility adds to sites in Scarborough and Hemel Hempstead and follows the recent opening of a second purpose-built manufacturing unit at the head offices in Scarborough last year.
Dale provides nationwide service and support to customers with generators, UPS and energy storage systems and has over 100 engineers working across the UK, providing a 24/7 service for 10,000 assets nationally. The new site at St Albans gives further additional warehouse space to stock equipment and parts necessary for swift resolution of customer power issues.
Andy Warner, Head of Sales for Service at Dale explains how customers will benefit from the site at St Albans. “Investment in more space is another step in a series of investments we are making to enhance and improve our service provision. The extra space means our engineers have the technology and the equipment on hand to support and service multiple OEMs whilst maintaining the excellent response times enjoyed by our customers.
Customers are also enjoying the benefits of real time MI (management information) thanks to field data captured by our engineers and accessed via our customer portal. Combined with remote monitoring of their assets, they have all the information required to optimise their standby power and power generation systems.”
