Our aim is to provide all our apprentices with the opportunities and support to fulfil their potential. Learning while you work is complemented with college time and every apprentice is mentored by an experienced member of our team. Our rotational apprenticeship programme allows our apprentices to experience working in various departments before choosing a specific career path.
We offer Intermediate, Advanced and Higher Apprenticeships in a number of established disciplines and some apprentices then progress onto degrees or degree apprenticeships.
We currently have apprentices within the following departments but there are opportunities across the company:
Previous apprenticeships have led to roles within the company such as electrical and mechanical engineer, project manager, facilities manager, field installation and service engineer, product designer, health and safety coordinator and sales manager. Even our Chief Executive started his career as an apprentice!
